Instructions
Melt the peanut butter, butter, and chocolate chips in a saucepan until smooth.
Add vanilla and salt and stir until combined.
Pour the mixture over the cereal and gently stir until everything is fully coated.
Add the collagen peptides. Let cool until more firm, but still pliable.
Add powdered sugar, tossing until evenly coated.
Transfer to freezer to set.
(Optional: Add extra powdered sugar to achieve desired appearance and sweetness.)
Store in freezer for a convenient, high protein treat!
