Healthy Orange Julius Popsicle Recipe
Margareta ~ www.maxonmade.com
These popsicles are just the right amount of sweet with healthy fat, protein and probiotics to be a nourishing snack. They're freezer ready in less than 10 minutes and they'll fly out as soon as they're ready. They're so delicious!

Instructions
Empty contents of orange juice concentrate into a blender.
Add cream, milk kefir or yogurt, and egg yolks to the blender.
Add milk to the blender (fill up the juice can 2 times to reach approximately 3 cups!).
Add vanilla and collagen peptides.
Blend on low, gradually increasing speed until all ingredients are incorporated. Try to limit the production of foam on top.
Pour a couple of cups full for everyone to have a fresh Orange Julius!
Pour into empty popsicle molds. I like to set them all on a baking sheet to make it easy to transfer to the freezer.
Freeze for at least 5 hours.
When ready to eat, run mold under warm water and remove popsicle carefully.
Enjoy!!
