We Help People Bring Their Houses Back To Life
This post shares a few of the renovation projects Zach has worked on in our community, showing how he’s brought new life to different homes.
Whether its an old deck that needs attention, an original door you don’t want to replace, or the paint job you’ve been avoiding, Zach loves to help you give your house what it deserves.
We hope it might inspire others in their own home projects.
Before & After: Deck Restoration

This deck was no longer fit to stay on a house as nice as this one. As much as we love wood, composite decking and aluminum railing is virtually maintenance free and looks great. We picked a color scheme that complimented the exterior elements of the house and it turned out beautifully.
Before & After: Kitchen Remodel

This kitchen was quite a transformation! We faced an outdated space and impractical tiled countertops, and with careful planning and a bit of elbow grease, we’re thrilled to have created a bright, functional kitchen that feels like the heart of the home. It’s a testament to what a little vision can achieve. (See the beautiful new butcher block counter extending into the dining room on the right?!)
Before & After: Interior Painting & Trim

This corner had trim with years of wear, staining and needing attention. It’s amazing what a careful paint job can do to walls and woodwork.

This old fireplace mantel had a general sense of neglect. Zach gently worked to restore it, and seeing it now, perfectly painted and clean, it feels like he gave a piece of the house its dignity back.
Finish Carpentry: Stairway Installation

Building that curved stairway was a real treat. It was a tight space, but the homeowners wanted something beautiful and functional. Seeing it come together, each piece of wood fitting just so, was incredibly rewarding. It really adds a touch of efficient elegance to the home.
Before & After: Window And Door Restoration

Those original window hardware pieces were hidden under layers of old paint, a real testament to the house’s history. It took a lot of patience to carefully strip them down, but seeing the original metal shine again felt like uncovering a little treasure.

Original doors are often our favorite part of an old house, and usually worthy of restoration, even in shockingly rough condition. They really don’t make them like this anymore and we’re just glad we could bring back its original character, and give it a new chapter.
